Mustakbal is a solar specialist firm that provides best in class products and services to client around the world.  Mustakbal specializes in full-scope turnkey implementation and integration of clean technologies. We add value by providing excellence in technology and engineering.

Not all technologies are created equal. Mustakbal identifies the best-in-class clean technologies that provide value to our customers and then we implement them with minimal or no disruption to their existing processes framework. We offer our customers tangible savings to their costs and help them integrate the best technologies within their scope of work by using sound engineering and implementation. Mustakbal is a specialist in PV EPC and O&M Projects.

With offices in Amman, Cairo and Muscat, our expansive network allows Mustakbal to leverage knowledge, organizational ability and networks in order to meet the individual needs and unique requirements of our clients.

Our philosophy is to deliver excellence to our clients in a cost-effective and timely manner, by using intimate knowledge of the regional market to provide superior technology and engineering.

MANAGEMENT TEAM.

Ala Qubain, CEO

Ala is the founder of Mustakbal clean tech where he provides technical leadership for the various engineering projects being implemented by Mustakbal.  Prior to forming Mustakbal Ala successfully designed, manufactured and commercialized novel flow control devices for Ferrari’s 599XX GT Car.  Ala is a graduate of Imperial College London where he holds a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering (2005 – 2009) where he was sponsored by Ferrari, and holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University (2001-2005) where he graduated with honors.

Shukri Halaby, COO

Over 20 years’ experience in a variety of technical and management assignments in public and private sector organizations including engineering, renewable energy, economic development, logistics and tourism.  Prior to joining Mustakbal in September 2012, Shukri led a $US 1m feasibility study for a 100MW Concentrated Solar Power plant in Jordan – funded by the USTDA.  Shukri was also employed by Fluor Corporation (USA), a multi-national engineering and construction firm (1996 – 2002) where he was engaged in business development and technology transfer activities. Shukri is a graduate of Northwestern University, and holds B.S. degrees in Chemical and Industrial Engineering.

Rand Al Zubi, Engineering/Projects Manager

Ms. Al Zubi supports engineering and project management activities at Mustakbal.  Rand holds an M.S. in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, from the Cairo University and Kassel University (2010-2012) and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, from Jordanian University (2004-2009). Rand is a member of the Jordanian Engineers Association, since 2009, and member of the Jordanian Renewable Energy Society “JRES”, since 2009.

Rami Abu Laila, Construction Manager

Rami has over 8 years experience in electrical works design, execution and supervision having previously worked with Arabtech Jardaneh A&E firm. Rami is responsible for managing construction activities in Jordan and abroad.

Omar Ali, International Projects

Omar joined Mustakbal in 2015 and has been responsible for designing, implementing and commissioning several MW’s around the MENA region. Omar holds a B.S. In Energy Engineering/Renewable Energy from the German Jordan University and is also a certified project manager and holds ISO 45001 certification. Omar currently is involved in international projects.
